Dance has greatly influenced my interest in design.  I have been dancing since I was six years old.  I have become deeply intrigued with creating new shapes with my arms and my body, just as I hope to do through designing structures. Creating a picture through dance can really transfer emotions and tell a story. I think physical structures can also be designed in a way to create a mood and deliver a message.
